The goal of IT Project Scoping 2.0 is to provide an educational event focused on helping individuals at the practitioner level to enhance their skills at defining the scope of IT projects for effective procurements and therefore ultimately enhance the likelihood of achieving the delivery of successful IT projects. This guidance will be based on best practices shared by both public and private sector stakeholders. The agenda will include review of best practices in IT Project Scoping, including techniques, tools, pricing models, etc. that can be leveraged to create scoping documents to be included in RFP's, RFQ's and contracts.

The target audience is anyone in the public sector who is involved in scoping IT projects, and anyone in the private sector who may engage as a vendor to the public sector.
