Please join us as The NYS Forum embarks upon its 30th year as the one of a kind public/private collaboration whose singular mission is to serve New York State! We have seen many changes over the past 30 years. Today, government staff at all levels have a need to develop technology knowledge with the goal of best serving the people of New York. Management needs to understand how technology can best be used and technologists needs to understand management's requirements.

Keynote: NYS Comptroller, Thomas P. DiNapoli

We are honored that NYS Comptroller, Thomas P. DiNapoli has accepted our invitation to give the keynote presentation. Known for his integrity, independence and steadfast leadership, Mr. DiNapoli is serving his third term managing New York State's $178.6 billion pension fund. Additionally, he audits the spending practices of all State agencies and local governments. Mr. DiNapoli oversees the New York State and Local Retirement System, reviews New York State and City budgets and approves billions in State contracts and spending. His keynote presentation will focus on Effective Government in the Age of Data Overload.

Throughout the year, The NYS Forum workgroup co-chairs and members have worked diligently to bring you informative, educational events that are directly geared toward your specific areas of focus. Their presentations will include a snapshot of the year ending and an overview of the topics they have already begun work on for the year ahead.
