The goal of the New York City Digital Accessibility protocol (Local Law 26 of 2016) is to assure a consistent experience for all users of NYC websites. If you are a project manager, business analyst, application developer, UI/UX designer, Q/A tester or a content/communication/social media writer this protocol will affect your business planning and processes.
