The "Success with Data Analysis" series will demonstrate how a state agency is effectively using data to inform operational decisions. The content will be beneficial to agency program and business staff as well as technical staff interested in developing successful data-based programs.

This business case study will demonstrate how a bureau in NYS DTF has consistently improved work flow processing by focusing on key areas such as data study, communications, work environment alignment, staffing allocation and the value of backup planning. The importance of consistent access to timely data information has been critical to the success of this group.
