Presentation Overview

Virtually all public sector agencies in New York State and all private sector firms that do business with the State interact in some way with the Business Services Center (BSC). The BSC provides shared services to standardize Finance and Human Resource transactions for Executive agencies. Guided by a central Strategic Plan and supported by a robust performance management program, the BSC is continually working to be the widely-recognized Center of Excellence for shared services. This presentation by key leaders of the BSC will provide information and updates on the mission, objectives, history and services provided by the BSC. You will leave with a greater understanding of the services that the BSC provides and how best to interact with the organization to maximize your business opportunities.
