Please join The NYS Forum's Small/Medium/Local Government Agencies Work Group for a special 5 session course in public sector strategy development. Now, more than ever, a strategic plan will help small, medium and local government agencies to establish a vision, set priorities, and focus on what is truly important.

The goal of this course is to provide Small, Medium, and Local government agencies with the knowledge, tools and guidance necessary to successfully develop a Strategic Plan! Participants will have an opportunity to begin and possibly complete a Strategic Plan for their organization.

Who should attend? Those involved or responsible for developing a Strategic Plan. (Participating organizations should have a representative attend each session.)
