Presentation Overview

Tony Concolino, Managing Director for QED National, will lead a Project Spotlight session sharing some of his experiences with large programs focusing on the key concepts that led to both success and failure. For this session Tony will describe some IT Transformation case studies and head the discussion addressing several key concepts such as:

  • How do you know you need a Program
  • Setting the Foundation, Team Building and Budgeting
  • No Surprises
  • Yes, there are Politics
  • "That's how we do it"

Although the format of the session will allow for impromptu questions from attendees, we encourage registrants to submit questions in advance by emailing The NYS Forum Project Management Workgroup Member, Mary Hayden-Cook at: [email protected].
Attendee participation during the session will be strongly encouraged.
