IT Debriefing Roundtable

You are invited to join New York State Procurement Professionals and the IT vendor community for a morning-long session on the information technology debriefing process. The IT Debriefing Roundtable offers a more detailed review of:

  • Current legislative requirements surrounding debriefing vendors on proposal submissions and contract awards
  • The "do's and don'ts" associated with debriefing sessions
  • When debriefings can be held
  • Best practices related to information sharing during a debriefing session

This informative session is sponsored by The NYS Forum's IT Procurement Work Group, in partnership with the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) and the NYS Office of the State Comptroller (OSC).

Procurement professionals will provide an overview of debriefing requirements and a panel of NYS Agencies/Authorities and vendor representatives will share debriefing practices, so that others may benefit from their experience and success. Presenters include representatives from NYS Office of General Services, NYS Office of the State Comptroller, NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, NYS Office of Mental Health, NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, and the NYS Thruway Authority.

Pre-registration is required. Walk-in registrations will not be accepted. Please pre-register by Monday, April 26, 2010. For NYS Forum ITCR nonmember vendors, registration is available for $100.
