How Innovative Technologies are Contributing
to an Effective Data and Analytics Program

The Business Innovation & Emerging Technologies Workgroup and the Data Analytics Community of Interest co-hosted the event, "How Innovative Technologies are Contributing to an Effective Data and Analytics Program" on November 1st 2017.

In this session, the group continued prior discussions on turning data into insights and creating value. Specifically, the group discussed the role of emerging technological processes such as wire data analytics and artificial intelligence-powered analytics in improving the insights that emerge from data analysis. Wire data analytics provide unparalleled visibility for improved end user and customer experiences, faster identification of security threats, and greater organizational insight while AI-powered analytics are enabling health and human services agencies to increase program effectiveness and improve client outcomes.

Presenting at this event was Dan Greer, Systems Engineer Manager - ExtraHop Networks, who presented his topic "Beyond Reactive Mode - Accelerate IT Operational Intelligence with Network Analytics". Also presenting was Nancy Marx, Analytics Solutions Executive - Salesforce who discussed "Increasing program effectiveness through AI-powered analytics"
